About the role

We are currently seeking a Senior HR Specialist with a focus on business partnerships and internal communications.
In this role, you will be a strategic partner to the business, helping achieve goals through people development, and will build a communications system that will make the company an environment where people want to grow, develop, and share their stories.

Job description

Business Partnerships (60%)
• Work with unit managers (~100 people): structure, headcount, recruitment, onboarding, performance review, development, and retention;
• Build an HR management system: unified competency assessment (tech + software for business), goal and review cycles (3, 6, 12 months), linking salary growth to results;
• Analyze HR metrics (headcount, turnover, time-to-productivity, eNPS) and propose solutions based on business P&L;
• Provide support to key employees: 1:1, career tracks, and risk of attrition;

Internal Communications (25%)
• Design a channel mix: intranet, digests, town halls, and more;
• Launch regular surveys, collect feedback, and communicate business results and changes;
Manage the Digital Workplace: content plan, visual style, engaging formats.
EVP and ambassadorship (15%)
• Link external image with internal reality, transform employees into brand ambassadors;
• Create success stories, content for employee social media, and company pride formats.

Qualifications

You have:

• More than 2 years as an HRBP/HR generalist in companies with 100–500 employees (IT/product/services);
• Understanding of the full HR cycle: recruitment → onboarding → performance → development → retention;
• Successful experience building performance reviews and linking salary to results;
• Working with business metrics and reporting;
• 1+ year of internal communications management / Digital Workplace / corporate channels;
• Strong experience in content marketing, SMM, storytelling, and communications design;

• Project-oriented: can build a system from scratch.

Compensation range

Compensation will be discussed during the interview process and determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience.
