About the role

We are looking for a Product Owner who is involved in launching complex cross-team projects. A problem solver who can understand a complex task, decompose it, define the requirements for the solution, consider alternatives, choose the best solution, describe it as a technical task for the technical team, define success criteria, and accept the result.

You will report to the CPO and lead the cross-functional team — including engineering, design, legal, and go-to-market — to deliver a secure, user-friendly, and scalable product that aligns with our business goals and exceeds user expectations. Job description

Analyze complex tasks and break them down into manageable components
Form requirements for the solution and describe technical specifications for technical teams
Consider alternative approaches and select the most effective solution
Determine project success criteria and monitor task completion
Interact with development teams, compliance, business units, and external partners
Conduct project activities to launch new solutions and integrations

Qualifications

You have:

Experience in managing several products simultaneously in technology or fintech companies for at least 4 years
Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, Web3, KYC/Compliance, travel rules
Ability to quickly understand complex technical problems and formulate clear requirements
Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve product issues
Critical thinking, analytical mindset, and the ability to make informed decisions
Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for the result

Will be a plus:

Experience in the fintech and blockchain domain
Entrepreneurial experience, such as launching your own business or startup
