About the role

We are currently looking for an IT Recruiter who will help us strengthen our teams with top talent and build an effective hiring process. If you’re excited about working with technical roles, influencing team quality, and building a strong recruitment pipeline — we’d love to have you on board.

Job description

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT and non-IT roles: from sourcing candidates to onboarding;
  • Work closely with hiring managers: gather requirements, define role profiles, develop sourcing strategies, and manage the hiring funnel;
  • Conduct HR interviews, assess candidates, and support them throughout all stages of the hiring process until offer acceptance;
    -Use various sourcing channels: LinkedIn, GitHub, Telegram, job boards, and other platforms;
    -Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and talent pool;
    -Keep the ATS well-organized — we like things clean and structured;
    -Contribute to improving recruitment processes, test new approaches and sourcing tools.

Qualifications

You have:
  • At least 2 years of successful experience as an IT Recruiter;
  • Understanding of IT roles and the talent market;
  • Sourcing skills and experience with Boolean search;
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Telegram, and other sourcing channels;
  • Strong communication skills with candidates and hiring managers;
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Will be a plus:
  • Experience hiring for fintech or crypto projects;
  • Experience closing complex technical roles.

Compensation range

Compensation will be discussed during the interview process and determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience.
