About the role

We are looking for an experienced HRD who can lead the HR department.

Job description

  • Developing an HR strategy that supports rapid growth and a product-driven approach;
  • Building scalable HR processes while maintaining the flexibility of a startup culture;
  • Managing an HR team (2-6 people) and developing the People function's infrastructure;
  • Creating an effective onboarding system that reduces time-to-productivity;
  • Building career paths and an internal talent pool;
  • Development of performance reviews (KPI/OKR, 360, one-on-ones);
  • Monitoring and increasing team engagement;
  • Working with team leaders: management training, leadership skills development;
  • Preserving and strengthening startup - DNA: openness, responsibility, and speed;
  • Developing initiatives to foster a culture of growth, knowledge sharing, and internal communications;
  • Encouraging transparency and feedback at all levels of the company;
  • Developing HR analytics: turnover rate, eNPS, engagement;
  • Optimizing compensation packages, benefits, and pay reviews;
  • Automating people processes (ATS, LMS, HRM);

Qualifications

You have:
  • HRD/Head of HR experience in an IT company with 150+ employees (preferably in a product environment) for 3+ years;
  • Practical experience building an HR function: from recruitment to culture and performance;
  • Understanding of development processes, product cycles, and the specifics of interactions within a product company;
  • Strong skills in building processes to accommodate growth without excessive bureaucracy;
  • Experience in team management and implementing cross-functional initiatives;
  • Ability to work in an environment of uncertainty and rapid change.

Compensation will be discussed during the interview process and determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience.
