About the role

As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact with potential clients. Your mission is to generate qualified leads and open doors for the sales team.

Job description

  • Researching and identifying target accounts (banks, fintechs, payment companies, infrastructure players)
  • Reaching out via LinkedIn, email, and other channels with tailored messaging
  • Managing outbound lead generation campaigns
  • Qualifying inbound leads and booking intro meetings for Business Development Managers
  • Maintaining CRM data hygiene and tracking outreach progress
  • Assisting with materials for pre-sales, events, and follow-up communications
  • Collaborating closely with Marketing and Business Development teams to refine messaging and targeting

Qualifications

You have:
  • English B2 and higher
  • Understanding of how the financial industry operates
Highly preferred:
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal with a business tone
  • Strong research skills and the ability to adapt messaging for different profiles
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and outreach tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Expandi, Lemlist, etc.)
  • Ability to learn fast and thrive in a high-velocity, entrepreneurial environment
  • Grit, curiosity, and a love for conversations that open new opportunities
  • Process-oriented but creative, you’re always testing ways to improve outreach
Will be a plus:

Interest in crypto and digital assets
