About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales Manager to contribute to our sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through hands-on sales expertise. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for achieving targets.

Job description

  • Implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives
  • Actively engage with potential and existing clients to drive sales and build lasting relationships
  • Manage and oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closing of deals
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the company's customer base
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team, marketing, and product development departments to ensure alignment of sales efforts
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards

Qualifications

You have:
  • English proficiency at an advanced level or higher
  • Proven experience in a Sales Manager or senior sales role in technology, FinTech, SaaS
Highly preferred:
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and best practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
